PAYMENT AND PAYMENT CLEARING
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

We  gladly  accept payment via PayPal.  If you would like to pay via PayPal, please e-mail your order and payment (including shipping and any applicable tax) to info@ItaliaStraps.com

Please Note: Once payment has cleared, your order will be classified as "paid" and will then be processed and entered into the production queue. 

 Your cleared payment in good standing is an agreement for us to produce product(s) for you. Orders billed to Credit/Debit cards will appear as "MLS Manufacturing" on associated statements. Failure to read these terms adequately is not cause  for cancellation of orders.  Orders  that the customer chooses to cancel during production will be billed a materials and/or cancellation fee of $35.

RETURNS
Italia Leather Straps are a custom handmade product. All sales are final. There are no refunds unless it is determined there was a material defect at the time the product was shipped. If you decide you have ordered the wrong color or size; do not use the product.  You must notify us via phone or e-mail and return the product within 48-72 hours of arrival at your home or business in resalable condition, as determined by Italia Straps staff.  (Size and/or color exchanges will be shipped in the next available production cycle.)

If the product is in resalable condition, your return will act as credit toward another purchase of your choice. If the product is not in resalable condition, your original purchase will be returned to you.  If the exchange window is exceeded, it is at the discretion of the Italia Straps staff whether to accept the exchange. Customers who decide to return their straps in order to upgrade to a custom order may be accessed a $35 restocking fee for the original order.  Please do not attempt to return merchandise that has been used. 

SECURITY

If you decide to join the www.ItaliaStraps.com mailing list, your e-mail address will not be sold, used, distributed or otherwise utilized for any reason other than periodic updates from this website concerning products and/or company news and events. You can opt-out of the list at any time by using the link provided in our company communications or by contacting us directly at info@italiastraps.com.

SALES TAX

Sales tax applies only to orders that have a "bill to" address originating in California. All other domestic and international orders do not pay sales tax.

PROCESSING, MANUFACTURING & SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address or P.O. Box in the world. If you live outside the continental U.S., we will calculate shipping rates accordingly.  Time in transit estimates are based on when an order is shipped, not when it is received. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (generally 2-3 business days), no exceptions.

Please Note: Italia Straps are custom made-by-hand to order for each customer.  Italia Straps are made from natural leather and suede, thus variation in texture, color and other appearance can occur. Please allow up to a total of 10-12 business days for production and shipping of your order after your payment has been accepted, as all our products are handmade and unique. We cannot/do not guarantee shipping or arrival dates.  International orders will generally have have longer delivery lead times and may be subject to local customs. If you have specific deadline for arrival such as a birthday or holiday, it is a good idea to call or-e-mail us to make sure it is feasible. In most cases, we can accommodate such requests.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit ItaliaStraps.com or send e-mail to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If your ISP is Earthlink or if you have tight spam controls on your email account, we ask that you add info@italiastraps.com to your address book or safe sender list. Doing so will allow us to keep you informed about your order. We may not be able to contact you, if you do not take this measure.
